Monica was amazing, I walked in and was immediately met with eye contact and a smile. While she helped me she was personable and kind. She lightly informed me of maintenance options but never pushed to make me feel uncomfortable. She was informative but wasn't trying to sell anything, she was prompt but didn't make me feel like it was a rushed interaction. I hope she sticks around, being a woman its very refreshing having a female presence at a service department. Shout out Monica, you were great :)

It took three months to get a main battery for our bolt. While we waited the 12v. battery died and we were told this can happen because the car is sitting but the car is sitting because it's waiting for a part. Seems wrong the we should be charged/punished for this. In addition, a loaner was not available for us in the beginning. When one became available it was dirty and had less than 1/4 tank of gas. A month later we received a call saying we had to immediately bring the loaner in because the insurance had run out. We received a new loaner that had less than 1/4 tank of gas and, amazingly, even dirtier. Literally gross inside. Seems like a place that sells cars would want to project a more professional outward appearance.

Charged me $900 for parts that were not installed. I called and they said oh we we had to order those front shocks (30,000 miles on my Tahoe) no warranty So I had to bring it back to have them installed Another $950! The reason I went back there in the first place was They replaced my new windshield ( calibrated for safety features and subbed it out to another co? My windshield washer pump and fan on high speeds whined - worked fine when I went there Again 30,000 on unit 2022 Tahoe Last time for me and I’ve gone there for 40 years.

Mike F was supposed to be the person to help me with my oil change at the dealership, he was not at the desk when I arrived so the other man helped check me in and he was awesome. My appointment was for 10:30am for oil change and to rotate the tires and I got out of there at noon because the other people who were getting their oil changed had all left before me and I was really confused why it was taking so long so I got up to go ask for an update and my keys were sitting on Mikes desk and the other man said he hadnt seen him in awhile so who knows how long I was sitting there because Mike wasnt at his desk for whatever reason. Not cool, the other guy was super nice, I didnt get my paperwork because Mike wasnt around, not a good experience.

I made an appointment online for a diagnostic on my check engine light being on. When I went to drop my car off the guy said that he wasn’t sure if he could get to it that day because diagnostics take longer and his workers were going to be leaving soon. Very frustrating- if there is certain things that will take longer, it should alert the person online before they make the appointment. Then the guy- Ethan, said he would call me back by 9 the next morning as now my car had to be kept overnight. By 9:30 I hadn’t heard anything and so I called in and Ethan was doing a test drive and wasn’t available. I didn’t get a call back for a couple hours. Unprofessional- if you say that you are going to call someone by a certain time- do so. When I finally got the call, they hadn’t even finished diagnosing my car, saying they were short on people and hadn’t gotten to it yet. Couple hours later got the diagnosis and then had to leave the car another night as they had to order the part. Ethan didn’t look at the past work done on the car and recommended all the spark plugs be replaced even though the worker said only one was bad. My husband found paperwork from two years ago that showed we had replaced all the spark plugs then and when he mentioned that to Ethan he said he didn’t notice. My husband saved us money because he looked at previous work. Frustrated that what I thought was going to be a one day appointment has now turned into a couple days. Only good thing is that the car was done on the third day an hour earlier than I was told. If someone would have done a better job on your website so it makes a person aware that diagnostics take longer and Ethan would have followed through on time and checked past visits- everything would have been fine. I understand that workers were short- but you should cut back on appointments or bring more people in, not make people wait.

First scheduled appointment was a waste of time,after a three hour wait they hadn’t even touched my car. Had to return to just have it analyzed on the problem with headlights, then the problem was found but part wasn’t available so had to return for third time. Third visit fixed the problem. I have been dealing with their service department since I bought my car there and have always had excellent service. I know some things are beyond their control so I’ll continue to use their service.

My 2024 Colorado had a front brake issue; both front calipers needed to be replaced. Thank goodness my truck is still under warranty! My service advisor, John, ordered the parts and was very much on time in getting my truck in for the necessary repairs. Since my truck was in the shop all day, John even provided me a zero cost rental SUV so I could get around. I really appreciate John’s help with the whole process.

We love our 2020 Equinox, the sunroof and shade stopped working and the drains for water were plugged. Our Equinox has only 18,000 miles on it. Our cost was over $500 even though we have 100,000 mile "bumper to bumper" coverage, and it took over 2 weeks to get our car back due to availability of parts...???... 2 weeks and the car had puddles in the front, middle and back of the car. We vacuumed the front (which I was told by my wife to leave it as is, she wanted them to see the water... I left the water in the spare tire compartment for the service department to see). I was told they couldn't vacuum the water out because they didn't have a shop vac (wet vac). So, the wet car sat for 2 (F***ing) weeks, WET, molding up... 18K miles and it smells like S**T! The mold will probably cause us to be ill, my wife has COPD and I am very concerned about all this, This is the 2nd new car we bought from this dealership, the first one had unlimited oil changes, the Equinox does not, they changed their policy. Thanks Jet! We may have to trade it in and YOU MAY LOSE A CUSTOMER...! DO YOU CARE??? We are not happy and very disappointed. How do you feel?

5 months ago, they fixed leaks in my truck when I did a regular oil change, and I’ve been told it’s going to take one week. It took almost three weeks, and this time I went for the 60,000-mile oil change they recommended. I bought the package that includes checking for leaks and topping off all the fluids and filters. When I went to pick it up, they told me it has a leak. When I asked if it’s related to the problem from last time, they told me in order to do that, I have to pay another $ 200 just to check. I asked if I can see a manager. They said he is not there and he is going to call me. It’s been for days. I even called yesterday and left a voicemail. One last thing, my windshield washer fluid is almost empty message showed up when I was driving out of the service place.
