Fast service, excellent communication

The car mat was blackened when I got in the car. And then a day later I was going through settings on dash and the oil life said 45%. What? Did you even change the oil or if you did and didn’t reset the notifications? Makes one feel as if it was done sloppy or not at all ?

Nathan was attentive to my needs with the chevy 2500. He communicated well between myself and the technician.

First scheduled appointment was a waste of time,after a three hour wait they hadn’t even touched my car. Had to return to just have it analyzed on the problem with headlights, then the problem was found but part wasn’t available so had to return for third time. Third visit fixed the problem. I have been dealing with their service department since I bought my car there and have always had excellent service. I know some things are beyond their control so I’ll continue to use their service.

My 2024 Colorado had a front brake issue; both front calipers needed to be replaced. Thank goodness my truck is still under warranty! My service advisor, John, ordered the parts and was very much on time in getting my truck in for the necessary repairs. Since my truck was in the shop all day, John even provided me a zero cost rental SUV so I could get around. I really appreciate John’s help with the whole process.

The salesman was very professional and the whole team really helped me out with my specific situation. The only thing is that I was told and signed a paper stating I wouldn't have to put any money down but once I went back to sign the deal I was told I would have to put a down payment for the deal to happen. Love the truck though.

We love our 2020 Equinox, the sunroof and shade stopped working and the drains for water were plugged. Our Equinox has only 18,000 miles on it. Our cost was over $500 even though we have 100,000 mile "bumper to bumper" coverage, and it took over 2 weeks to get our car back due to availability of parts...???... 2 weeks and the car had puddles in the front, middle and back of the car. We vacuumed the front (which I was told by my wife to leave it as is, she wanted them to see the water... I left the water in the spare tire compartment for the service department to see). I was told they couldn't vacuum the water out because they didn't have a shop vac (wet vac). So, the wet car sat for 2 (F***ing) weeks, WET, molding up... 18K miles and it smells like S**T! The mold will probably cause us to be ill, my wife has COPD and I am very concerned about all this, This is the 2nd new car we bought from this dealership, the first one had unlimited oil changes, the Equinox does not, they changed their policy. Thanks Jet! We may have to trade it in and YOU MAY LOSE A CUSTOMER...! DO YOU CARE??? We are not happy and very disappointed. How do you feel?

Normally, I can change my own auto battery, but this time I had a quick trip to make, it was raining and when I looked at the job, removing this battery was not a straightforward task so I brought it in. The total charge for the battery and installation was $450.00. That's why I do it myself. The service advisor told me I had a lifetime warranty on the battery, which softened the blow. When I got home, I reviewed the paperwork and saw there was no mention of a warranty on the invoice or any warranty card attached. I then checked the battery and saw where a bolt had been left off a brace covering the battery. I went back to the dealership. They quickly replaced the bolt, and I was told a third-party vendor handles the warranty and I should have received it in an email. I had not. A service advisor put in a request to the vendor to send me evidence of the warranty and as of today I have not received the warranty. Date of service 01/10/2026, return to dealership 01/12/2026, still no warranty 01/13/2026.

Service was excellent and Monica is such a patient and caring person. I was having trouble with my bank card and she helped without rushing me out. Monica is very knowledgeable and I can tell she takes pride in her work, great work ethic and amazing customer service skills. I will definitely refer my friends and family for their future car needs 🥰🥰

The team was able to pull history codes and fixed the issue in a timely manner. This time the mechanic did a full and complete video inspection of my truck and it wasn't rushed or out of focus.

The service team at the Federal Way location has been really nice and helpful, however we purchased this used vehicle with less than 20k miles in October, 2025 and it has had SAME or SIMILAR issue twice which has meant keeping the car at the service shop longer than we have been able to drive it! It sat for months waiting on a part from November to February and then the transmission type issue happened again on April 3rd and it sat in the shop for weeks until they could try to figure out the issue. Also, we are not sure this problem is truly resolved, so this is very frustrating.

It was great to see the video of the issues. They gave me an estimate of the charge and it was accurate. They helped me to get some payment from my First Mile insurance.

The customer service, communication and service to my vehicle were all great. My only wish was that a loaner vehicle would have been available after I spent $6,000 on service work and was told that my vehicle wouldn't be ready for four days. Expecting to get my vehicle back same day but then having to find alternative transportation to work for several days was not ideal. All in all I'm very happy with my experience.

5 months ago, they fixed leaks in my truck when I did a regular oil change, and I’ve been told it’s going to take one week. It took almost three weeks, and this time I went for the 60,000-mile oil change they recommended. I bought the package that includes checking for leaks and topping off all the fluids and filters. When I went to pick it up, they told me it has a leak. When I asked if it’s related to the problem from last time, they told me in order to do that, I have to pay another $ 200 just to check. I asked if I can see a manager. They said he is not there and he is going to call me. It’s been for days. I even called yesterday and left a voicemail. One last thing, my windshield washer fluid is almost empty message showed up when I was driving out of the service place.

People in the service department are good to deal with. However, I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change. I was on time. I did not get out of the dealership until close to 2:30. That is too long for a oil change. My truck only has about 11,000 miles, so nothing else was needed.

John Robertson was very helpful. All work done quickly and efficiently.

I had the Engine Oil and Brake Fluid changed, that all seems fine. Once I got home I noticed a new scratch and scuff mark behind the passenger door and a greasy boot print on my drivers floor mat. I'm hoping the scratch and scuff mark will buff out and I was able to get the greasy boot print to clean up with a carpet cleaner. First visit for my '99 Corvette which I just acquired, not a great experience. I had my 2016 Corvette in for an oil change about a month earlier and the shop charge was $50.00 for 0.40 hrs, for some reason the shop charge for the same 0.40 hrs was $75.00 for the '99 Corvette? Hourly Rate change in the last month?

Monica is a great service advisor-🤗 I sure wish our issue was taken care with the 1st visit, they had to Diagnose and order a part— 2nd visit they installed a new motor ( not sure why we had to pay for the disposal of the old motor under warranty?) Came home, that day parked the truck- Monday morning, got into the truck, same issue- So brought it in for a 3rd time- lots of gas fuel with these crazy prices- They did some more adjustments- So far it’s working- Sure hope the truck step is fixed! Ty for at least washing Tom’s truck 😊

This is my preferred dealership to take my truck. It’s close to home but better than that I feel like the techs are upfront about things, I don’t ever feel like I don’t know what’s going on or worry about if I will be hit with a hidden cost. They are also just super friendly and knowledgeable.

Manager and people at the counter were nice. Service was not good and tech indicated we needed services/work that was not necessary or even needed. Took our car to a second shop and they reviewed all the items that were listed. Will never take my car back there again.

The most recent experience is based off all past experiences, and this one was ok at best. Fairly quick service & excellent knowledgeable video from the technician! No other services were recommended. Past visits were repairs that took literally Months and resulting in engine lights ALWAYS still on when work is supposedly complete, having to reform to dealership multiple times and this type of service was on 2 separate vehicles, same experience with both.

Took `my truck in for repair of an oil cooler line. A 1day repair that 10 days to complete. Prior to the work being started the pre-work video only showed the problem with the oil cooler line and all everything else looked good. The truck was in for routine maintenance and that video also showed everything good. Upon completion of the oil cooler line replacement, the inspection video showed a broken air handler. I had to pay additional money for an item that was fine before this visit.
